What can I do if I am incorrectly identified as being outside Ontario from a desktop or laptop computer?

If you believe that you are within the Ontario province borders and you are being restricted from playing on a desktop or laptop computer, there may be an issue locating you via WiFi. Check to make sure that you have your computer’s WiFi signal/capability turned on and that you see at least 2 other WiFi signals available in your area. If your computer is not equipped with WiFi, you will not be able to access any game on our site.
