How do I verify my identity?
For both methods of identity verification, we will require some documentation from you.
Only one of these methods needs to be completed, so if you are struggling with one, you can try the other.
We aim to review and process documents within 24 and 48 hours, but please allow time for us to verify them thoroughly. You will need:
- Driver's Licence
- Passport
- Photo Card
- Permanent Resident Card
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
- Cellular/Mobile Phone Bill
For Liveness Check
A 'selfie' and one of the following IDs:
Please note, the ID document needs to be issued by the relevant Canadian authority. If your 'selfie' doesn't work the first time, we recommend you try again in better lighting.
For Dual Process
One of the IDs (as listed above) and an address document, for example a:
Please remember that the address document you submit must be issued within the last 3 months. Any document sent to us must match the address registered to your account.
Once verified, your account will become fully activated and you'll be able to deposit, withdraw and play again.
We complete this verification process online by validating all the information you have provided to us. If for any reason we are unable to verify any of your registration details online, you will be required to send verification documents to our Operations team manually to verify your account.
Once this process is complete, you'll be able to withdraw your winnings and your account will be fully activated again. You may be required to send in further documents in the future when we conduct routine checks on accounts.
